Dream home with Modern flares

Stemming from years of planning, this house nestled within a pine forest back drop was the homeowners lifelong dream.  They wanted a space that could accommodate their growing family for years to come.   The main level’s purpose was for gathering with several different breakout spaces such as two designated seating areas by the custom fireplace, a large dining room and table, and enclosed finished sunporch.   The kitchen with its unique butler’s pantry was also designed for multiple users and group functions.

The modern farmhouse aesthetic of white and black siding was a nice Jux position against the woods.  A dual entry stair tower was part of the connector from the main house to the garage.   It gave access to not only the homes main and lower level, but an attic guest space above the garage as well as a golf simulator game room below the garage.  The primary bedroom and bath were designed to feel open and airy with large windows and great flow through the space.
