About NRS Designs

NRS Designs is a residential design firm located in Fort Collins, Colorado founded by Nicole Semmler.  Nicole has worked within the architectural industry for over 25 years after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois.   Although her experience has been developed in a wide range of projects mostly in commercial architectural firms, her true passion has always been in the residential market.  Nicole strives on her ability to connect with clients and loves seeing how the world of design and her work have a positive effect.   Her portfolio of residential projects spans across the country, and she has been fortunate enough to foster amazing relationships with other designers, engineers, builders and homeowners alike.
